Casual Neuropsychologist

  • Grade 2 Clinical Neuropsychologist

The Allied Health Psychology department at RMH is a dynamic team comprised of neuropsychologists, clinical psychologists and health psychologists, supporting patients in a range of services across the hospital. There is a strong culture of clinical research within the department and a number of projects with university partners currently underway.

Your new role:

  • Provide evidence-based neuropsychology or clinical psychology assessment and therapy/rehabilitation strategies to a wide variety of patients.
  • Assist with management of cognitive and mental health issues for people with chronic and acute medical conditions. 
  • Work in partnership with patients, families and/or carers, as well as internal and external stakeholders to provide high quality patient-centred care.

About you:

  • You have an APAC approved Post-Graduate qualification to Masters or Doctoral Level in Clinical Neuropsychology or Clinical Psychology.
  • You hold full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
  • You demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills and are able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
