An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic Grade 3 Senior Clinical Psychologist or experienced Grade 2 Clinical Psychologist to work on a temporary part time basis (0.7 EFT) with the Clinical and Health Psychology Service at Western Health working with admitted inpatients in our acute and subacute wards.  The Senior Clinical Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist will work alongside a supportive and innovative multi-disciplinary team of Allied Health, Nursing and Medical Staff, to provide Best Care for the community of the West.


In this role you will play a key clinical and leadership role in providing highly skilled psychological assessment, individual and group interventions, and psychoeducation, and support a small but passionate and highly-skilled team of Psychologists working across all Western Health sites. A key part of this role is to support, supervise and mentor postgraduate trainees on fieldwork placement.
