Clinical Improvement Advisor


Clinical Risk Management


RN Grade 4 or Allied Health Professional equivalent
Fixed Term Part Time
(48 hrs per fortnight)

Are you passionate about improving the safety and quality of clinical care provided to our community? We are seeking a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional to join our dedicated Clinical Improvement, Risk and Innovation Team.


This role would suit clinicians wanting to further a career as a clinical manager by providing an opportunity to develop well sought after skills in safety and quality improvement methodologies. The successful applicant will support and facilitate the provision of safe clinical care by enabling clinical teams to develop, implement and evaluate improvement strategies. There will be training provided as required in areas of need.


This temporary part time position is available for an immediate start until May 2022. It will involve working weekdays only, excluding public holidays. There will be some flexibility of work hours available. 



Key Selection Criteria include:


Essential:



  • Health Professional with AHPRA registration

  • A passion to improve the clinical care provided to people within our care

  • The ability to liaise, advise and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders

  • Strong and effective organisational and interpersonal skills


Desirable:



  • Experience with change management or project management
