The Haematology Research Unit at Monash Health is vibrant and fast paced and we are seeking a new team member for a unique role within our department.  We are a large clinical trial unit which utilises the purpose-built Clinical Trial Centre within the Monash Health Translation Precinct to implement new and exciting clinical trial opportunities for our haematology patients.

The Haematology Research Unit delivers Clinical Trials for Monash Health Haematology patients, ranging from Phase 1 to Phase 3 studies. We have in excess of 70 active clinical trials, offering patient-centric care to patients with complex needs. We continue to grow in size, are a dynamic unit, and pride ourselves in the quality of care we deliver to our patients.

About the Role

This is a new position created to lead the Haematology Clinical Trials Centre team, ensuring the effective and efficient conduct of clinical trials following Good Clinical Practices as set out by the International Conference on Harmonisation and with approval from a Human Research Ethics Committee.

A strong collaboration between the unit, the trial sponsors, and Monash Health is required in planning, coordinating and implementing trials to ensure the best possible care for trial patients.

This is a full time position located at Monash medical Centre in Clayton, Victoria, within the Monash Health Translational Precinct, Clinical Trials Centre.

You are motivated with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic.

Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor is desirable but not mandatory.
