About the role
As the Administrative Co-Ordinator Commercial Directorate, you will provide a high level of administrative support to the Commercial Directorate by undertaking a wide variety of administrative, organisational, and analytical duties. You will provide a well-presented and well-informed first point of contact and liaison for staff and stakeholders and provide administrative and system support for the Commercial Directorate's Director and Senior Leadership Team. You will be responsible for diary and email management, maintaining administrative support systems and processes, and assisting with the preparation of agendas, forms, and Executive/Board reports. You will need to be highly organised with a strong service delivery focus, able to prioritise tasks and conflicting workloads and ensure timelines are met without compromising quality standards.
