Monash Health Community Access is looking for an Allied Health Professional to join our team as an Access Clinician.



  • The role is integral to ensure that referred clients are triaged, registered and booked into an appointment with the most appropriate Service.

  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to enhance a client’s journey through Monash Health Community

Community Access is a dynamic and growing program that is a central referral point for Referrers, to refer people in our community for Community Health and Sub-Acute Ambulatory Services.

About The Role


This is a part-time ongoing role primarily based at Doveton. The role will be rostered to work 3 days per week between the days of Monday – Friday.

What You Need:



  • Relevant Qualifications in Health Related Field

  • Current Victorian Driver’s Licence

  • Demonstrated experience working in a rehabilitation, aged care or community setting
