Your New Role
- Support clinicians to develop their skills as a public mental health specialist and enable them to use best practice principles in their everyday interactions with consumers and carers.
- Lead with kindness, role modelling open communication and a desire to support and enhance clinical care across the team
- Demonstrate your extensive experience working as a mental health clinician through taking a hands on approach to educating our mid-career clinical cohort
- Pro-actively contribute to innovative service planning and development
About You
- Strong commitment to consumer-focused service delivery
- Passionate about improving outcomes for people with a mental illness
- Self-driven, innovative and eager to take a hands on approach to learning and education.
- Experience in the design and delivery of engaging education sessions using adult learning principles
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership within a multidisciplinary team
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
