Community Clinician 0-25
Based in West Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for an experienced Child and Youth Community Clinician to join our Warragul Community Mental Health Team on either a full or part time, ongoing basis.
Warragul Community Mental Health is a small multidisciplanary team, with the support of the wider LRH organisation, providing service to individuals in our community who are experiencing and episode of mental health. We work collaboratively with the individual, family and carers in supporting their path to recovery.
The Community Clinician 0-25years is responsible for undertaking a fulll range of clinical duties, including the provision of comprehensive assessment of needs for referred clients, their family and carers and to deveop , maintain and coordinate care.
