Community Clincian - CMHS


An exciting opportunity currently exists for a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist to work within our Mental Health Team in Warragul.


The position will be within the ACIS team and will provide assessment, planning and treatment for people with an acute mental health issue within the Warragul community catchment area.


We are looking for a Mental Health Clinician with the following:



  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary service delivery framework

  • Leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead a team

  • Clinical knowledge, skills and experience

  • A commitment to ongoing professional training and development, and

  • Demonstrated working knowledge and understanding of the Victorian Mental Health Act 2014, the National Standards for Mental Health Services 1996, the National Standards for the Mental Health Workforce 2002 and the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards including NSQHS standards.
