About the facility


Mental Health Drugs and Alcohol Services (MHDAS) provide integrated and recovery oriented assessment, treatment and community support to people of all ages within the Barwon region experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, mental health and drug and alcohol issues.


Our service is internationally recognised for its innovative clinical programs and integrated models of practice that are client centred, accessible and family inclusive. We are fortunate to endure terrific internal relationships and have developed excellent partnerships with the wider local community.


About the role


As the Community Mental Health Clinician you will provide assessment, treatment and recovery based interventions within a multidisciplinary team context to individuals and their families who experience a serious mental illness and live in the Barwon Region. The broader service delivery model of Mental Health, Drugs & Alcohol Services (MHDAS) includes provision of high quality interventions that are consumer centred, family/carer inclusive and are delivered in a timely and coordinated manner in line with the Victorian Mental health Act 2014.
