The position of Complex Licensing Officer forms a part of the Resources branch within the Rural and Regional Victoria group.

The Complex Licensing Officer is responsible for analysing high volume complex licencing issues in Earth Resources Regulation, Resources Branch, including interpreting legislation and applying it to complex licencing issues, drafting legal advice requests and briefs, and making recommendations for resolution of issues.

The successful applicant will work effectively as a member of a team, enjoy flexible working arrangements and undertake a wide variety of work across the division.
