  • Annual Salary Range: VPS3 - $70,791 - $85,956 + super

About the Team

SprayLine Road Services has long held the mantel of the most innovative maintenance contractor within our industry with most of the road and bridge maintenance techniques employed throughout Victoria invented, developed, improved or refined by SprayLine Road Services.

About the Opportunity

This role will lead the coordination of compliance analysis to identify operational trends and provide advice to key stakeholders and staff. This role is required to extract, prepare and analyse data collected by the number of DoT systems comprising of general operational data and data specifically related to Network Operations business metrics and lead indicators.

About You

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Ability to identify, develop and implement business improvement and change projects under broad supervision.
  • Exercise independent judgement to provide sound advice to stakeholders or other staff on policy and procedures.
  • Demonstrates self-awareness and commitment to personal development by actively seeking constructive feedback from internal and external customers, staff and stakeholders through monthly one on one meetings to achieve improved business outcomes.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders in relation to business area activities to achieve desired outcomes and effectively communicate the results of research and/or data analysis to a range of different audiences.
  • Effectively contribute to the development and implementation of improvements to systems, processes, or tools.
