Are you passionate about helping people and enjoy problem solving? Come and join our dynamic Safer Care Unit team as the Customer Relations Officer! You will be an integral member of our amazing patient experience team, providing support to enact the Statutory Duty of Candor, and ensuring patient feedback is managed efficiently.

The key areas of the role include:

Responding to patient feedback and triaging the most urgent calls
Ensuring data is collected accurately in the feedback system
Liaising with clinical areas to ensure prompt responses are provided to patients and their families
Being the central point of contact for consumers who are part of the Statutory Duty of Candor process
Coordinate and manage important documentation and reporting timelines

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

• Experience and expertise in managing difficult conversations
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Good working knowledge of computer software programs for baseline data entry, and Office Applications
• Experience in customer relations, and previous experience in the health sector desirable
