  • Full Time position - 80hrs per fortnight including ADO (Mon - Fri business hours)

  • Salary packaging + 5 weeks annual leave + HS2 classification

  • Provide administrative assistance to our FM Support Desk


About the role




Melbourne Health Engineering Services is seeking to appoint an administrative assistant to support our Facilities Management Support Desk.



Working within a multi- skilled team, and reporting to the Helpdesk Manager, the contact services officer position will have a broad range of responsibilities including:



  • Help Desk support

  • Customer Service

  • Data Entry

  • Manage scheduled preventative maintenance plans and associated tasks within our maintenance management system

  • Develop and update computer-aided facilities management system preventative maintenance plans and schedules

  • Processing of purchase orders, invoices

  • Dispatching task to field technicians

  • General Administrative Duties


About you



  • Demonstrated administration experience

  • Experience with Facilities Management related software systems

  • Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and databases

  • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional phone manner

  • Exceptional people and customer service skills

  • The ability to complete additional shifts where required,
