About the role
The Supply Contracts and Tenders Department is seeking an experienced Contracts officer to provide Contract Management support to Eastern Health Stakeholders and to continually maintain and develop the EH Contract Management System (Jaggaer) containing all Eastern Health contracts, ensuring probity in all actions and communications.
The Contracts Officer (CO) role has a flexible hybrid approach of Office and Working from Home arrangements.
The Contracts Officer (CO) is a role in the Supply Department at Eastern Health, Reporting to the Tenders and Contracts Manager you will improve procurement capability across the health service in line with the EH Procurement Strategy.
The Contracts Officer (CO) is a key role in the Supply Department at Eastern Health assisting in continuous improvement in procurement capability across the health service in line with the EH Procurement Strategy. Reporting to the Tenders and Contracts Manager role, the Contract Officer will provide support to the TCM and contract managers across the health service. The Contracts Officer will work in a team environment and will have an assigned portfolio of contracts for keeping the EH contracts database (Jaggaer) up to date, ensuring probity in all actions and communications.
You will be working with state of the art technology in Contract Lifecycle Management. Eastern Health offers flexible hybrid working arrangements for the successful candidate to work from home and the office.
