We are seeking an experienced and engaged Coordinator Operations Technology to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the user experience for operational staff utilising operational equipment and in field technology within AV. This is a Full Time, Permanent position currently based in South Melbourne.

About the role

Reporting to the Operational Equipment Lead, the responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating the accessibility of Paramedic Field Devices (PFD) to ensure that these remain available as required by coordinating ICT, Operational Logistics and vendors as required
• Continuously review and identify opportunities to improve the workflow and usability of the Patient Care Record (PCR) application and other staff facing systems;
• Developing and maintaining solid relationships with all internal and external stakeholders;
• Participating in the procurement process for operational technology in conjunction with AV commercial services as directed by the Operational Equipment Lead
• Promoting an environment of co-operation for continual improvement of team and individual performance

About you

To be successful in this role you have the following:

• Current paramedic registration with AHPRA
• Current clinical qualification/certification as an Ambulance or MICA Paramedic
• Proven experience in contract and vendor relationship management
• Conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills to enable the identification of issues and appropriate path to resolution, including timely escalation to management and interaction with appropriate stakeholders
• You have exceptional communication skills which allows concise and relevant recording and reporting of issues, and progress towards their resolution
• High levels of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

The AV grade salary for AV- VPCSC1 position is $136,110 (pro-rata) plus 10% superannuation. Salary on commencement is offered at the base of the AV grade.

The successful candidate must have a current Victorian Driver License and be willing to travel throughout metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria when required.
