  • Full-time, fixed-term until 30 June 2024
  • Provide Courts Business subject matter expertise in a complex government IT project environment

About the role

The primary purpose of the role is to input and translate their Courts experience into five key elements of the CMS Project development, namely:

  • Supporting the Solution Development through the input of understanding of Magistrates' or Children's Court operations, processes, technology and legislation to the development process
  • Supporting the testing of the developed CMS solution
  • Supporting the development of change documentation for the CMS solution
  • Assisting with change management and communications with the wider Magistrates' or Children's Court staff and Judiciary
  • Supporting the training of Magistrates' or Children's Court staff and Judiciary in the new CMS solution

About you

  • Operational and registry expertise within MCV or ChCV is required
  • Strong knowledge of the Criminal jurisdiction is required
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work across a number of teams/functions to identify platform and tool enhancements
  • Ability to communicate with a diverse range of Court users including administrative staff, management and Judicial Officers
  • Willingness to understand and be trained in the new CMS to support the development of the new solution
  • Highly flexible, responsive, and adaptable to change in an iterative project environment
  • Ability to conceive how the new tool may facilitate new and better ways of doing things
