What You Will Be Doing

The role of the COVID Support Officer is to provide administration support within our COVID19 Screening Clinics, COVID19 Vaccination Clinics & COVID19 Vaccine Hotline. These clinics are located across Frankston & the Mornington Peninsula.

You will present a professional, welcoming and informative reception to patients and visitors within the unit. Additionally you will provide efficient and effective general clerical support for ward staff respecting confidentiality at all times.

Our clinics operate seven days a week, with varying hours. You will need to be available for a variety of shifts on a rotating roster, across all Clinics & sites.

We have a number of positions available, and the flexibility to offer you hours to suit your lifestyle (minimum requirement of 4 shifts per fortnight).

We are looking for candidates who are flexible, team players, and who are committed to being part of the COVID19 solution.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Administration experience (preferably in a Healthcare setting)
• Strong customer service skills
• High level computer skills
• The ability to work a variety of shifts over a seven day roster
