About the role

We have permanent full-time/part-time roles available for experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses who want to be part of our supportive team in a brand new facility.

At Eastern Health Intensive Care Services we have three ICUs: Box Hill hospital, Maroondah hospital, and the Angliss hospital in Upper Ferntree Gully.  Each ICU provides high level care to patients within a multidisciplinary teaching hospital environment. Much of the care we provide supports patients with severe illnesses and the need for complex procedures, requiring complex surgical recovery, artificial ventilation and other forms of life support.

As a member of the Angliss ICU team, you’ll be joining a highly dedicated multi-disciplinary team incorporating medical, nursing, clerical and allied health professionals. You’ll have access to ongoing professional development including leadership and management development. We are a cohesive unit; our team loves coming to work. About you 

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have current nursing registration with AHPRA


• Hold or be working towards a post graduate qualification in Critical Care


• Have excellent knowledge of best practice in intensive care nursing


• Be passionate about providing patient centred care


• Have demonstrated clinical leadership experience and skills with a ‘can do’ attitude


• Be highly accountable and display a supportive and engaging style
