The Position

Title:  Customer Service Officer

Department:  Community Services Department

Classification:  Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers EA (Grade 1A - HS1A)

Hours per fortnight: 48

Status: Permanent part time


Applications are sought from suitably qualified administration staff to work in the Community Services Department reception team at Echuca Regional Health.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting & greeting customers
  • Answering enquiries about services
  • Scheduling or cancelling customer appointments
  • Answering phone calls & taking messages for staff
  • Procesing payments from clients for services and equipment provided
  • Document processing and handling

Our team requires someone who has:

  • Proven administrative experience  
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team objectives
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word and ability to learn other softwares
  • Strong customer service skills

This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check and (where relevant) provision of a Working With Children Check and triple Covid19 Vaccination prior to appointment.
