Parks Victoria is looking for a vibrant and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Werribee Park.
About the role
The position's primary focus working in the historic Werribee Park Mansion is to be the first point of contact for a customer, including members of the public and the Victorian community. Customer Services Officers will professionally handle information requests and ensure that issues and enquiries are resolved promptly and thoroughly. The position will evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience. Customer Services Officers may work in a retail environment or assist with the administration of bookings and events and will be responsible for reliably managing monitory transactions. Customer Services Officers are required to know and understand Parks in the area they are located and will be receptive to the customer's needs. The position will always represent Parks Victoria professionally.
