About the role
An opportunity exists for a friendly and enthusiastic customer service professional to join the Business Service Centre on a permanent part-time basis.
The Business Service Centre is based at Box Hill Hospital and provides 24/7 face to face, telephone and email customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. As the first point of contact for Box Hill Hospital, the Business Service Centre team maintain a welcoming and friendly presence at the Main Reception desk for visitors and patients utilising Eastern Health's services. The Business Service Centre is responsible for many key systems and processes across the health service, providing a help desk function for staff and patients. You will be working with a friendly and supportive team to provide exceptional customer service, responding to various requests and system faults and completing day to day administrative tasks.
This role is for 5 shift per fortnight, listed below - additional benefits include access to salary packaging/employee benefits offerings.
