DPC is seeking a skilled Data Centre Technical Lead - Procurement to play a key role within a high-profile project in our Digital Strategy and Transformation branch.

The Digital Strategy and Transformation (DST) Branch sits within Digital Victoria. Its role is to lead the development of the Victorian government's digital strategy, as well as better enable digital transformation across the Victorian government.

As the Data Centre Technical Lead - Procurement you will work closely with Cenitex, VicGov Entities and other teams in DST to provide expert advice for consideration by DPC Procurement in support of the Whole of Victorian Government (WoVG) Data Centre strategy.

You will lead the process of gathering all technical requirements and from there, engaging with Departments and Agencies to ensure their technical expectations are included and considered.

This role will also be required to ensure current and future technical and network requirements of the State are identified and documented. 

The Data Centre Technical Lead - Procurement will be responsible for translating all technical needs to support future Data Centre procurement objectives and outcomes, therefore it is desirable that you have both Data Centre and Procurement experience.
