The Position:

You will join a busy and progressive regional public health service and provide a broad range of general and emergency dental care.  You will gain valuable experience operating within a Victorian public dental program and enjoy working with our Senior Dentist and providing guidance to our junior dentist. You will receive strong support to utilise and develop your full skillset whilst enjoying the provision of high quality facilities and the support from being part of an acute hospital. 

The Department:

The BRHS Oral Health Service consists of a modern and well-equipped 6 chair surgery located within our Community Health Complex. The Clinic currently operates Monday to Friday with our program also offering opportunity to deliver dental outreach services including the Smile Squad school program across East Gippsland.

What you need:

• Registration as a Dental Practitioner with AHPRA
• Demonstrated clinical experience in a Dental Practice, or equivalent setting
• Sound knowledge of Dental clinical practice, with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Proven capacity to use initiative and work independently within scope of practice
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
• Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member and developing leadership skills
