Permanent Grade 2 Dietitian – Community Based Rehabilitation.

An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Dietitian to join our collaborative and dynamic Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) team which provides quality rehabilitation services within the division of Chronic and Complex Care. 

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to further develop their clinical leadership skills as they contribute to quality improvement activities, service portfolios and be involved in the Western Health supervision and continuing education program.

This is a permanent, part-time (0.6 EFT) position.

To be Successful in this Role you will need:

  • Experience in assessing and managing clients with a variety of clinical presentations  

  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams

  • Passion for the development and implementation of innovative group focused interventions

  • Demonstrated experience in quality improvement and/or research
