DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS CO-ORDINATOR

  • $86,558 - $98,210 (Plus Superannuation)
  • Fixed Term to 30/6/21

The position of Digital Communications Co-Ordinator forms a part of the International Education branch within the Global Victoria group.

Our group connects Victoria to global opportunities. We do this by building the export capability of Victorian businesses, connecting Victorians to global trade opportunities through our international network of 22 offices, promoting our world class industry capabilities to international audiences and seeking to attract and retain the best global talent through migration.  We take a leadership role for global engagement across Government and advocate for the best policy settings for Victoria to be globally competitive.

Reporting to the Manager, Study Melbourne, the key accountabilities of the role are:

  • Manage, write and edit the Study Melbourne website.
  • Manage the coordination of e-newsletters creation and distribution, and other online communications tools including surveys.
  • Collaborate and consult.
  • Support the development of content and advertising strategies for social media and digital channels.
  • Support community management for Study Melbourne's onshore social media channels.
  • Conduct regular reviews of and reporting on digital channel analytics reporting.
  • Undertake projects, initiatives and functions as required by management.

To be successful in this role, you will have well-developed skills in using a range of software to produce and manage content and assets as well as experience in using bulk email systems and setting up email campaigns.  If you have excellent written and oral communication skills along with demonstrated ability to build positive relationships, manage interactions with and prepare communications for a variety of internal and external stakeholder, then this could be the position for you.
