About the role


Turning Point is a national treatment, research and education centre that provides leadership in the alcohol and drug, gambling and mental health sectors nationally. Turning Point maintains a focus on evidence-based innovation in service delivery and web-based services are a key component of this.


This position is responsible for effectively and efficiently delivering digital enhancement projects for Telephone and Online Services. A wide range of projects are required to be delivered each year including but not limited to website enhancements, web application development, infrastructure implementation and system integration. The Digital Enhancements Coordinator will be responsible for end to end delivery of assigned projects and will be the primary contact for all elements of project delivery, providing transparent, responsive and consistent communication to stakeholders and end users.


About you 


To be successful in this role you will possess:



  • Proven experience in management of IT/Digital projects

  • Proven experience in managing contractors and ensuring the delivery of high quality outcomes

  • Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate and negotiate with stakeholders

  • Excellent report writing skills and communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
