Victoria Police is looking for a Digital Productions Manager to lead our highly-capable Digital Productions team within the Media, Communications and Engagement Department.

The Digital Production Manager implements the delivery of engaging content across a variety of platforms. This includes the development of integrated marketing campaigns, live broadcasts, strategic planning and the overall management of video, audio and photography.

Your duties will include:

  • Developing digital content solutions across video, photography, animation, graphic design and podcasts.
  • Effectively managing the deployment of a highly-capable productions team.
  • Translating strategic objectives into engaging opportunities to connect with the Victorian community.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously within a dynamic and ever-changing work environment.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Constantly evaluating opportunities for innovative and enhanced service delivery.

As the successful applicant, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience building digital production capability within a large organisation
  • Confidence in developing and managing multiple stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
  • Extensive knowledge of content production processes and software (Adobe Suite)
  • Demonstrated project management, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • The understanding of how to inspire and get the best out of your team.
  • Demonstrated reliability and resilience within challenging environments.

Requirements and relevant information:

  • Full time on-going.
  • Victoria Police Centre 311 Spencer Street, Docklands 3008.
  • Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
  • The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which may include fingerprint checks and misconduct screening.
