Director, Asset Lifecycle Planning

A rewarding and challenging leadership opportunity exists for an innovative and experienced strategic asset lifecycle planning leader within the Asset Management branch, Homes Victoria. The Director, Asset Lifecycle Planning will develop and lead a collaborative and innovative unit focused on establishing strategies and plans which will maximize the performance of the existing asset and property portfolio (over 65,000 properties, approximately $30 billion) with a focus on improved tenant, environmental, risk management and community outcomes. Key deliverables will include the development of a Homes Victoria asset management strategy and asset class plans, including an asset condition and performance framework, an investment prioritisation framework and programs of work for the renewal, upgrade and maintenance of the housing and property portfolio.
