POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director Finance Strategy, Projects and Portfolio Agencies directly supports the CFO on strategic priority projects and manages health services' end to end finance functions inclusive of funding. This includes leading projects and initiatives that seek to create efficiencies within the branch and/or require significant input from Finance to ensure sound financial management and accountability. The role also requires influence of Commonwealth/State reporting negotiations and arrangements, and participation on State and Commonwealth Committees, including those relating to national health reform funding arrangements.
