The Casey Area Mental Health Service is led by an innovative and supportive leadership team seeking to provide a high quality recovery based model of mental health care that will continue to develop with our growing community in the South East growth corridor. Teams are based in both inpatient and community sites offering collaborative care to clients experiencing mental health difficulties within our area.


Narre Warren APARCS is a 10 bed community-based residential recovery program that is operated in partnership with Mind Australia.


The team provide a comprehensive multi-disciplinary recovery program on an individual and group basis. Our aim is to promote self-efficacy and independence, and social inclusion with all the individuals we support.


About the Role


This part time position is open to Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Social Workers with a experience working with consumers who have a dual diagnosis ( co-morbid mental health history and substance use).  The dual diagnosis clinician is required to provide a range of therapeutic interventions (both individual and group) and enhance the capacity of PARCS staff to work with clients with co-morbid substance use.


You will possess:



  • Relevant qualifications (aligned to position description)

  • Demonstrated experience

  • Current practicing registration

  • Include any other mandatory/required skills or licences

  • Australian working rights
