Nurse Practitioner - Eating Disorders Program

Latrobe Regional Hospital are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with highly developed interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence to work in the Eating Disorders Team within the Specialist and Therapeutic Programs at Latrobe Valley Adult Recovery and ACIS Mental Health Team based in Traralgon on the Full Time On Going Basis. Applications are sought from Registered Nurses with Nurse practitioner qualifications in mental health who are enthusiastic and driven.

The successful candidate will:

  • Providing advanced assessment and screening of mental health disorders
  • Assisting the Team Manager to Implement change management
  • Medication prescribing diagnostics referral to practitioners
  • Ensuring the inclusion of evidence based nursing interventions in clinical practice.
