The EMR Help Desk plays a critical role in advising on EMR training requirements and supporting our employees in accessing and using the approved EMR workflows.

About the Role
If you are a clinician or technology worker or trainer looking for a change, this could be the role you are looking for. We are seeking EMR help desk officers to join our Digital Health Training and Adoption team. We have two full time 2-year fixed term positions available. This role is responsible for answering employee calls to the EMR help desk from 8.30 am –to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, and provide advice, issues resolution, account provisioning, service delivery and escalation of issues. The help desk officer delivers high quality customer service and support to a broad range of EMR end users including clinical and non-clinical employees across Monash Health sites.
The EMR help desk officer engages with members of the Digital Health Training and Adoption Team, EMR Advancing Care Team and the Technology Business Services service desk team to provide accurate and timely advice and service delivery to Monash Health employees
About You

As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate sound interpersonal and communication skills. Your help desk support skills are characterised as engaging, supportive, relevant, effective, and timely. Success in the role sees you providing a high level of support, advice and service provision. You have excellent issue resolution, follow-up, referral, and escalation skills. You have strong computer skills and demonstrate agility in supporting EMR adoption across callers to the EMR help desk.
This role can be carried out in-office or under working from home guidelines.
