About the role

The Enable Program Data Analyst is a key member of the Data, Analytics and Insights Services team who will also work closely with the Enable Program team. The purpose of the role is to support the implementation of HR Systems from a data perspective. This includes the integration of data from new systems into a data warehouse/lake environment, the target state information architecture and the development of reports to meet business needs.

About You

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Experience in in supporting the implementation of ICT programs/projects from a data perspective
  • Microsoft BI Stack experience (SQL Server, Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Excel)
  • Experience in a health related environment, preferably within the public health sector.
  • Relevant qualification and/or experience data management/governance.
  • Data analysis skills including assessment of trends and issues requiring investigation.
  • Training and/or experience using a programming language.
  • Evidence of problem solving skills and lateral thinking.
  • Prioritisation, time-management and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work effectively both as an individual and in a team environment.
  • Ability to liaise with staff at all levels and from all disciplines.
