About The Boulevard at Chestnut Gardens, Monash Health


Monash Health is the largest public health service in Victoria, employing over 18,000 people across a range of specialities.


Chestnut Gardens, Doveton, is home to 100 high care residents and utilises the latest in care and design philosophies. Chestnut Gardens is built as a series of houses, each with its own decor.


Our residential care team at ‘The Boulevard’ work with 60 residents with chronic health care conditions in a  unit that is modern and inviting home. To ensure the best care, those that live at The Boulevard at Chestnut Gardens work in collaboration with a skilled nursing group in developing person centred care.


About The Role


We currently have Full Time and Part Time ongoing opportunities for qualified and experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EEN) to work across a rotating roster with shifts to be placed across a Monday to Sunday predominantly working on a rotating roster, including AM, PM and Night Shift but still maintaining work-life balance.


The staffing on the Boulevard is qualified ENs and RNs; therefore in the role of EEN you are required to provide direct nursing care to our Aged Residents, as agreed to by the team.

You Also Have:



  • Demonstrated experience within an high care residential environment

  • Awareness of ACFI requirements within assessment & documentation

  • Understanding of the new National Standards of Residential Care & of Aged Care Quality Standards

  • Flexibility & Team focus to delivering excellent care


What you Need:



  • Ability to work across a rotating roster (7 days, 24 hours)

  • Medication Endorsement 

  • Previous experience as an EEN in an Aged Care Setting

  • Analytical ability to review current nursing practice and be open to change and innovation

  • Working rights in Australia

  • AHPRA Registration
