We have multiple opportunities for Enrolled Nurses to join our Aged Care team at Andrews House, in Trafalgar. The role of the Enrolled Nurse at Andrews House involves working closely with Registered Nurses to plan, implement, evaluate and maintain a high standard of nursing care and service delivery. The Enrolled Nurse must utilise clinical skills such as wound assessment and dressing, pathology collection, medication administration and comprehensive clinical assessments.
This position requires assessment and problem-solving skills for the ongoing care of consumers in the Facility. This role works closely and collaboratively with other nurses, specialty areas and ANUM’s within the team. The role requires a nurse who has the ability to prioritise resident care, escalate resident care and be flexible to meet the demands of a changing day to day business. The successful person will be required to have sound clinical and communication skills.
Andrews House is a Public Residential Aged Care Facility and are proud to have a 4 out of 5-star rating. We are compliant with accreditation and pride ourselves on the quality of care that residents receive.
We have multiple positions up to full time hours available. The successful applicants will work a rotating and flexible roster, including morning, afternoon and night shifts.
