About the role

In this role you will be responsible for managing the holistic view of State Trustees' information and information technology assets, ensuring that the business and IT strategies align. Working with stakeholders, this role contributes towards aligning the IT strategy with STL's goals, managing applications and infrastructure to manage costs, and risks related to IT and information assets. This involves reviewing and redesigning the overall IT Framework of STL to align the IT assets including integration between data, applications, technology, vendors, and security.

Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualification in an IT or business-related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in at least three disciplines, such as business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management or operations in a multitier environment
• TOGAF Certification
• Extensive experience in assessing, supporting, and maintaining architectural direction, standards, roadmaps, patterns and methodologies
• Strong experience aligning business and IT strategies and providing recommendation on addressing architectural issues
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Well-developed analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills

Experience in working in or part of large-scale transformations with legacy system integrations would be highly desirable.
