ABOUT THE ROLE:  

As the Executive Assistant you will provide operational support to our friendly and supportive Women's and Children's Program and Clinical Services Director.  This is a key role assisting and supporting them in their day-to-day operations.

  • Full Time, 76hrs per fortnight with an accrued day off every month
  • Fixed term position for 6 months
  • Position is based at Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg
  • Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day activities of the office ensuring administrative tasks are executed efficiently and effectively
  • Provide high level executive and administrative support to the Program Director and Clinical Services Director Women's and Children's Services
  • Duties include complex diary / email and travel management, drafting and preparation of correspondence, meeting preparation including Agendas and Minutes

ABOUT YOU:

  • Previous EA / PA experience essential.
  • High level of interpersonal, communication skills (written and verbal) and computer literacy.
  • High attention to detail and previous knowledge of roster planning.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Experience in health or not for profit environment (desirable but not essential).
