An exciting opportunity exists for a talented and passionate individual to join the Infrastructure Planning and Major Projects branch in the role of Executive Assistant at the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
The Infrastructure, Planning and Major Projects Branch provides coordinated policy advice on transport infrastructure projects, public transport, roads, ports and freight, urban and regional planning, building, heritage, local infrastructure and sport and recreation.
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Executive Director, Infrastructure, Planning and Major Projects and provides a point of contact for key stakeholders. The Executive Assistant also provides administrative support to the branch, to priorities in workflow are achieved.
The role requires a highly organised individual with a communicative and collaborative approach, initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision, to ensure that deadlines are achieved across the branch.
You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and your time management will be a strength. An ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure will ensure success in this role.
