Role: Executive Assistant, Engagement and Survelliance (Role until - 30 June 2021)

Position Summary: 

The Executive Assistant plays a key role in providing support to the Executive Director within the Engagement and Surveillance team and across the business units within the Engagement and Delivery Directorate. This position will work in a collaborative way and support the Executive Director by providing high level administrative support such as diary management, coordinating meetings, workshops and other forums relevant to the team's response to COVID.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the provision of information that is helpful, accurate, and easy to understand.
  • Manage incoming email correspondence and assign to appropriate subject matter expert for follow up
  • Support the team in responding to complaints and queries from the community around testing results
  • Manage the general administrative requirements of the Executive Director.
  • Assist with the documentation of processes and procedures within the team
  • Keep accurate and complete records of your work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's records, information security and privacy policies and requirements.
  • Take utmost care for your own health and safety and for that of others in the workplace by working in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures.
