Position Summary:

Executive Assistant

Working in the Transition Team to establish Mental Health Reform Victoria, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and executive management support to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Adviser and Director of Operations.  The role provides an important point of contact for stakeholders from a diverse range of government and external stakeholders, including coordination between the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, the Secretary DHHS and Minister's Office.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing and coordinating the schedule of the CEO and Executive team, and supporting administrative arrangements in MHRV, including team meetings, conferences, corporate events, catering and travel arrangements and office filing systems. The Executive Assistant will work collaboratively and contribute as a team member within the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, Mental Health Reform Victoria.
