Executive Assistant
to Deputy Chief Operating Officer Hospital East & Director of Clinical Support Services
Permanent Full Time: 80 hours per fortnight with monthly ADO

About the Role

An opportunity exists for an experienced administrative professional who thrives working in a fast paced and complex work environment.

Working in conjunction with a team of professionals, this position will be responsible for the provision of high level executive administrative support to the Deputy COOH East and Director of Clinical Support Services and other Directors/the department's leadership team as required.

Skills and experience

  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of, or the ability to provide, confidential, secretarial and executive administrative support at senior management level.  Proven ability to manage workload and prioritisation with minimal supervision; ability to draft correspondence and other written documentation with minimal direction as required.
  • Word processing and keyboard skills
  • Database management skills
  • Highly developed computer skills
  • Communication skills
