About the position
Ambulance Victoria is currently seeking a suitably experienced senior leader in the position of Executive Director, Communications and Engagement.
A key member of the Executive and working closely with the Chief Executive, this position will provide a high level of leadership and direction to AV's overall approach to both internal and external communications and engagement to enable a consistent and proactive approach to the way we listen, align, and communicate across AV and beyond.
With an ability to provide specialised direction, leadership, storytelling, and expert senior advice in areas of communications, employee engagement, external relations and change management, this position will be critical to –

This position will be a 3-year fixed-term position. Hybrid working options are available however it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at our Doncaster Headquarters.
