The Executive Director, Transformation and Evidence Branch is responsible for leading the establishment of new ways of working across the Mental Health and Wellbeing Division, including culture, leadership, outcomes and evidence and co-design as a central part of service and reform design. The role leads four Units that bring a wide range of support functions together to provide a strong base of core capabilities required to deliver priority areas of work for reform projects and cross-divisional capabilities.

  • An experienced executive leader, bringing expertise in successfully implementing new ways of working.
  • Keen to foster learning, growth and culture change across the Division and the mental health sector and AOD sector.
  • Able to lead the delivery of complex and innovative programs of work across the Division.
