Do you have demonstrated experience in contract and facilities management?
Due to an expanding portfolio, we are now looking to welcome a team oriented, accountable, and results driven Facilities Contract Manager into our Asset Management team.
About us
This role operates within the Asset Management (AM) branch of Built Environment (BE). AM provides strategic planning, reporting and operational support services to manage current and future facility and asset management requirements for Court Services Victoria (CSV).
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Facilities Contract Manager, the Contract Manager will be responsible for management of facilities service contracts with a proactive approach to delivery and oversight, strong stakeholder relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and commitment to quality assurance to ensure CSV's facilities remain fully operational to all service users without disruption.
The contract manager will oversee performance and compliance functions in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts.
