About the Role

This is a critical role within the Client Reporting Team where you will complete reviews, interim and final statements for estate and/or trust products, approve distributions and contribute to the team's continuous improvement initiatives.


  • Authorise documents and payments in accordance with the State Trustees Client Delegations Policy, legislation and STL policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all key internal stakeholders
  • Prepare standard correspondence and reports for Trustee Services and other business professionals
  • Ensure all fees and commissions have been correctly calculated and charged during the estate and/or administration process
  • Complete reviews, interim and final statements for estate and/or trust products
  • Be a change leader and support the team to successfully embed change
  • Advocate and contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

  • Strong alignment to State Trustees culture and values
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Estate Consultants when questioning or seeking additional estate information
  • Extensive experience in estate management and Trust administration
  • Strong customer service, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and be adaptable in your delivery
  • Superior organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to prepare professional and customer focussed correspondence, reports, and recommendations
  • Accountancy and bookkeeping skills (desirable)
