About the role:
As the Financial Transactional Services Officer, the primary function of your position is to provide efficient and effective processing and management of accounts payable/receivable functions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring invoices are raised, debt is collected, and payments are made in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and contribute in achieving the service excellence of the Financial Transactional Services activities. You will be supported by the Team Leader, Financial Transactional Services and join a collaborative team to support our Financial Transactional Services function of Parks Victoria.
 
We're looking for someone with:

  • High Level of computer literacy, especially in Excel, data management and reporting software.

  • Demonstrated experience of financial transactions in a high-volume environment.

  • Knowledge of Oracle financial system is advantageous.

  • Excellent keyboard skills and numeracy skills including high degree of accuracy.

  • Attention to detail and high-level of accuracy.

The Finance and Information Technology Division provides core support and strategic services in finance, information technology, procurement, project management office, strategic business planning and reporting. The Division provides the strategies, business processes and systems to deliver efficiently and effectively these core support services to enable Parks Victoria to achieve its strategic objectives.
