About the facility

Barwon Health is the major regional health provider for the Barwon South Western Region.  It is Victoria's largest regional health service and one of the busiest hospital's in the State.  We serve a population of over 500,000 through the efforts of over 8,000 staff and more than 1,200 volunteers.  We provide care at all stages of life and circumstances through a wide range of services from emergency and acute to mental health, primary care, community services, aged care and subacute/rehabilitation.  Care is provided to the community through over 28 key locations throughout the region.

The role

As the Administration Assistant Food Services , you will be responsible for the day to administrative function across the business .

Liaise with vendors and Barwon Health Accounts receivable , payables , internal transfers, raise PO’s and invoices.  Support the Food services Department with sound Rostering support , pay lock activities , daily Food safety monitoring sheets and review and update PDS and Prompt Documents as required .
