What You Will Be Doing Working in a multidisciplinary team to deliver therapeutic interventions to eligible individuals who are referred by Community Corrections Service. Work collaboratively with Community Correction Services. Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments, treatment planning and care in accordance with the clients' recovery goals.
What You NeedWe anticipate you will have:• Registered Nurse with appropriate post basic qualification in mental health nursing or a Social Worker, Occupational Therapist or Endorsed Clinical Psychologist with relevant registration.• Extensive experience in the mental health field and/or community mental health care.• Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team, taking on inter-and-intra professional tasks and working collaboratively in supporting and providing care for clients.
