Community Rehabilitation
Community Rehabilitation offers both home and centre based therapy. The allied health assistant works closely with the interdisciplinary community rehabilitation team to provide a therapy program that is both holistic and client centred. This position provides the opportunity to work with autonomy, be creative and deliver high quality therapy services.
Job Summary
The Grade 3 Community Rehabilitation allied health assistant is responsible for working within the multidisciplinary team to provide best practice patient care. The role will involve individual and group work and the work will be in both the centre and in the client's home. You will work under the delegation of Allied Health Professionals and be a vital part of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
This position may be required to work at any of the Monash Health sites and may be centre based or home based.
